Tip: Since Pauper is not real format there is only "recommended" banned list, not official.And the Pauper one rule is - commons... so hold your feelings against Invigorate...lawyered
This is my current poison deck what I like to play with my friends.Basically it is about 4-5th version and mixture of poison decks around the web, tapped out etc.
There was time that I played it B/G with unearth,undying stuff, some white protection for life,but eventually I think you will still end up in U/G because it is most powerful.
Also things you want to do is clearly to have cheap unblockable creature and boosted up and let it stay and slash at least twice (sometimes once) so dispels and vines of wastwood will help.
Because I played it a lot of times I got lots of times turn 2 win also I got possible turn 2 win hands but vapor snags etc will blow your head off.Currently I ended up with this setup ready for some more plays.
Mostly what I got was about 4-6 turn win.
Hint: basically because this decks is good aggro and could have powerful start, no need to fear to muligan, it is definitely worth it to have smaller hand, never been down to 5 start but I think since you could really kill at turn 2 - "I aint need 7 cards to kill ya"
Things you prepare to fear most is control U decks and fairies..I hate fairies....bzzp...and maybe burn decks.-dispels,negate,vines of wastwood will help.
Example play:Land + Glistener Elf-> Land + groundswell + invigorate + possible mutagenic growth = smash for 11.
Land + Glistener Elf -> land + groundswell + mutagenic + shadow rift + invigorate = smash for 11 (unblock situation)
most of the time I got 2 turn about 5-7 damage and the rest next 1-3 turns depends whats is on the field and what I got to protect my infect fellas
6.1.2017 - playied red aggro: Land -> land + mamba -> land + 2x invigorate + groundswell attack = 13 dmg
