Suicide Black, Or in this case, A bunch of good one black creature's.deck is a deck that has been under the radar for quite a bit. Modern Horizons however brought us one really good budget piece to the deck & Core set 2020 brought us another good piece as well. Those cards being

Knight of the Ebon Legion

At the time of this post, Core set 2020 is not out yet & preorders of
Knight of the Ebon Legion
are a bit too much for a Budget deck, however this build of the deck with the sideboard is around $25! Maybe less.
Putting the budget aside for now, Lets talk about depress- I MEAN Suicide Black!

Back before Modern Horizons,
Bone Picker
was not played at 4, however, with
Carrion Feeder
in the deck now, you do not have to relay on your opponent removing a creature to play this card. A one mana 3/2 Flyer is crazy for this deck! There is not much to say. This card is your deck is your best creature if you can get it on the field. It is a great win condition.
This deck has a lot of creatures, and like burn, you really only have what you draw from the top of your deck to kill your opponent in the late game. If you hit the late, your most likely to lose like burn. However, 2 creatures in the deck can be casted from the graveyard, making it easier to win if your running out of cards. Those cards being
Bloodsoaked Champion
&
Dread Wanderer
.
Those cards are very important to the deck because if they get removed, they can be played again. I mentioned
Carrion Feeder
because
Carrion Feeder
wants to sacrifice creature's, and these are the creatures you would want to sacrifice if possible. is bonkers in this deck if you use him correctly.

can make
Bone Picker
one mana, making removal targeting him first to protect
Bone Picker
in the logic of not making
Carrion Feeder
bigger, and makes your opponent having to block it all the time if you have enough creatures on the field.
If your opponent can not block
Mardu Shadowspear
right away, dash can get very out of hand. even if it's blocked, you will get 1 damage in for each attack. Possibly a
Shock
if your opponents do not block & it goes back to your hand every turn. It is not needed as a 4 of, but due to budget, its what we have to work with.
Smuggler's Copter
is the only card you will be paying 2 mana for in this entire deck!
Smuggler's Copter
is in the deck because it's another flyer that also let's you discard a card like
Bloodsoaked Champion
,
Dread Wanderer
or a card you don't need for a new one. The only downside being you have to crew 1 to turn this card into a creature. We usually to not care because turning 2 power into 3 with flying makes it good enough to make it a crazy good card in the deck.
Night Market Lookout
is a creature we want to crew
Smuggler's Copter
with, however it is not as good as
Mardu Shadowspear
and is not in the full build of the deck.
Night Market Lookout
is ok, but dash is too important for this deck when this deck is running low on cards.
Just good aggressive creatures.
Diregraf Ghoul
,
Vampire Lacerator
&
Tormented Hero
are in the deck because they have 2 power. They are just good cards to have.
Tormented Hero
can be triggered in this deck, but very rarely.
Vampire Lacerator
dealing damage to us is not a big deal to us.
Diregraf Ghoul
is just a 2/2. IDK what to say here... Good creature's.

is just better
Lava Spike
to finish the game or just deal a lot of damage for one mana.
Supernatural Stamina
can be good in the right match up. It's protection from removal for one of your creatures, but it also give +2 power. Giving this effect to one of your creature's with flying can be game ending. We only run 2 in the main board due to restrictions with the sideboard. This card also works with
Tormented Hero
with it's heroic trigger if you really need one point of direct damage.
Sideboard Option's
There are very few good one mana sideboard cards we could run, but i came up with a budget sideboard for the current graveyard based meta. change the sideboard to your liking if need be.

is my graveyard hate of choice for this budget.

at the time for the Core 2020 preorder copy's are about $2.50, but they may go up sometime.

could also be a new card if you have the mana when triggering its effect.

is for tron or any deck that has powerful lands.

Gonti's Machinations
as weird at first, but its good vs burn decks.

Funny enough, there are only 2 different cards for the main board that are crazy good out of budget that i know of.
Hogaak Bridgevine made
Gravecrawler
go from $3, up to $20 a copy! The card is dropping in price, but it still costs over $10 at this time, but this card is the best recurring one drop in the deck. You want of this card over
Tormented Hero
.
Core set 2020 is not out yet, so it seems at the moment
Knight of the Ebon Legion
will be a great card. It is for this deck. Not really knowing if this card is good enough to go up in price,
Knight of the Ebon Legion
is $4 at the moment & the best mana sink for this deck. It just gets bigger if you can deal 4 damage each turn And more if you put mana into it for the turn. You want this card over
Night Market Lookout
& 2 of your
Mardu Shadowspear
's
