Generally speaking, this is a storm shell that looks to abuse Curiosity + Gelectrode as a way to generate storm without need cantrips. The obvious drawback being a 0/1 in a Turn 4 format like modern. This is honestly a casual deck that wants to be modern legal. Any tips are greatly appreciated.
