It's a Golgari Scavenge with a little twist.

I thought of this combo when i saw Ob Nixilis, Unshackled's first ability.

When opponent searches their library, two things happen: They sack a creature (cool, but not exciting), and then they lose 10 life.

whoa-whoa-whoa, WHAT?! Half their life-GONE!? This needs to get comboed.

That's Where Fertilid comes in. , tap, remove a counter: target player SEARCHES THEIR LIBRARY for a basic land...2 MANA to make them lose 10 LIFE? Is that Nuts or What!
