Storm is a really fun mechanic, but storming up to Grapeshot for the win is less exciting than storming up to blow them up with Dragons.

Dragons are just cooler, right?

More sensibly: I was hoping for a budget modern deck that could help me relive my Time Spiral block based times, and putting this together it seemed to fit the bill. I worry about staying alive long enough to storm off. Pacts and Lotus Blooms are more than I hoped to spend, but I already have one pact so...

Sideboard is a work in progress, happy to hear some suggestions. I'd rather not split the mana base, but I could if it would add a lot to reliability. Rift Bolts are under consideration.

The Pacts are there to protect the storm, on the assumption I probably win or lose based on surviving that anyway, so if I can't pay Its no big loss!

Always love to hear ideas, especially on reliability and speed.
