Primary idea of this deck is to get as many spirit creatures, not tokens on the battle field as possible. Automatic protection from Token manipulation which is a huge weakness of most Spirit decks and +1/+1 from the Drogskol Captains and the Phantasmal Images copying the Drogskol Captains.

Secondary plan is to Tap and control your opponents as often as possible with Niblis of the Urn , Soul Seizer   and Dungeon Geists .

Last is to never have to pay for a Drogskol Reaver as he gets played by cycling through your deck using Call to the Kindred which I always place on the Drogskol Captains.

I've been playing this deck daily at lunch with my collegues at work and it has been very successful. Things it has going for it

1) No tokens so people expecting token heavy spirit deck are duped. 2) Control, Control, Control and Hexproof! yeah B-R-U-T-A-L! 3) Evasion up the ying yang!

Things to watch out for;

1) Copying Drogskol Captain with a Phantasmal Image and then having faitful hour and playing Faith's Shield is not recommended because then the Drogskol Captain / Phantasmal Image power house is weakened 2) In certain race conditions (like green creatures with bloodthirst... shiver) it's weak. Not sure what to do about this yet. Maybe some more Mind Conrol effects.

Things to improve;

1) it needs more draw so I'm flirting with some Ponders or even icor wellspring with Venser, the Sojourner.
