The deck looks pretty good, but you have two cards that are not legal in the Standard format.
These did come out in a set that was recently released, Modern Masters 2017. However, they are not Standard Legal because that set was specifically created to have reprints for players who are in the Modern Format.
Also, here are just a few cards you may want to consider adding.
Embalmer's Tools -- If you want to use the Embalm mechanic a lot, this card will give you a discount for it. If you have multiples, you'll get multiple discounts.
Binding Mummy -- This card can help add benefits to your Zombies entering the battlefield by tapping down your opponent's creatures so they can't block you.
Angel of Sanctions -- Very nice conditional removal effect on a 3/4 Flyer. It also Embalms which would give you another Zombie and another chance to conditionally remove a problem.
Time to Reflect -- Great removal spell against your opponent's creatures with all the Zombies you'll have.
Wayward Servant -- Helps widen the gap between your opponent's life and yours.

Second, you need to figure out if you want an embalm/cycle deck, or a zombie/cycle deck. You have half and half right now. Sacred Cat and Trueheart Duelist make for a decent start for an embalm cycle value deck, while Cryptbreaker and Horror of the Broken Lands are a great start for the zombie cycle/discard deck. Scarab Feast should only ever be sideboard until the meta has shaped to show whether it's mainable.

When I put this list up last night I wasn't too sure if I wanted to do modern or standard yet. That's why some of the cards are illegal. I have settled on standard though so I can properly learn the game. I'm really trying to center the deck around realm and zombie tokens.if I can't that's okay I can tweak the deck.

I assume you mean enbalm when you say realm (autocorrect?) which your deck does have, but rather incongruous in that the ones you have picked, well, suck. Anointer Priest is a better option, and fits with your token theme. Unwavering Initiate is a strict upgrade over Trueheart Duelist in that yes it costs more, but has a more relevant ability. You don't block as the zombie player, you attack. But if you are gonna block, do it after attacking, with vigilance.
For the cycling part, since I still see Horror, check out Stir the Sands. Late game tokens, or you can cycle and still get tokens. Also, I agree with JerichoDarkstar in that Angel of Sanctions isn't a bad embalm card, if you don't mind going into late game for it.
I would also advise instead of Miasma Mummy use Dread Wanderer. A) its a one drop instead of 2, and B) recurs itself and C) it's not card disadvantage, for arguably the same stat value (pay no attention to toughness, you are zombie, you just attack). If you are looking late, pick up one or two of Liliana's Mastery. It's a very-hard to remove lord that comes with 6 power and toughness on 2 bodies.
Time to Reflect is a great removal card in this deck, so maybe a sideboard option against control, as Fatal Push will never hit their Torrential Gearhulks. Forsake the Worldly is another great sideboard for you with the cycling.

I was mainly using miasmc mummy to place Embalm creatures, Haunted dead or w.e else I needed, into the grave. i will give dread wanderer a chance though. do you know anything else that will do what miasmc did

That being said, with 4 continuous sources of discard, the few embalming you do have won't be hard to pitch. But brutality is just such a versatile card, add in the value of embalming now, and it's tier 0 for black right now.

That card is absolutely perfect!! Just to be clear, i can only activate haunted dead's effect when its in the grave right??? cause having haunted dead in hand kinda clogs things up.

Correct, can only be used in graveyard, but worst comes to worst, you can always cast it, it's only 4 mana, and you still get 2 bodies.
