A standard Dimir Midrange-ish deck.
To start off, the deck includes Dimir Spybug and Thoughtbound Pantasm with plenty of early game surveil opportunities such as Barrier of Bones, Thought Erasure, and Notion Rain.
The amount of surveil we put out allows us to smooth out our draws so we can hit land or impactful cards when we need them.
The Phantasm and Spybug are great early game drops that will win the game if left unanswered. And the opponent will have to answer them quickly since Disinformation Campaign and Thought Erasure will make short work of their hand and put them into top deck mode very fast.
Notion Rain and Disinformation Campaign are our draw engines and Notion Rain is kind enough to synergize with the campaign as well as draw us into more surveil.
Our removal cards include Cast Down and Murder as well as Sinister Sabotage. Cast down since its easy to cast and Murder since it can hit anything, is instant speed and only costs one mana more.
We run Mission Briefing as a toolkit card. It should be able to provide us any card when we need it. Provided we've already played it that game.
The curve tops out at 5 with Doom Whisperer. A 5 cmc 6/6 with Flying and Trample will also win the game by itself. And the ability can allow us to surprise our opponent with Spybug or Phantasm with plenty of instant speed surveil triggers.
