Ramunap Excavator is the poor mans Crucible of Worlds. If you have any, by all means play them! Great card. It allows for cheeky Landfall shenanigans with sac lands like Terramorphic Expanse. The ol' Bounce Land trick with Gruul Turf where you play it and pick it back up is amusing if you don't have anything better to do that turn. You can also sac a land for Harrow for it's two lands, and then play that same land as your land drop for the turn.

Any "play additional lands" cards let you get more triggers, like Rites of Flourishing, Wayward Swordtooth and Mina and Denn, Wildborn. Snake Umbra on Tunneling Geopede will draw you additional cards to play more lands, of course.

And don't forget the tokens! Two of the best with Rampaging Baloths and Omnath, Locus of Rage, with Hammer of Purphoros granting Haste and you can even sac lands that you can get back with Ramunap Excavator to make tokens if the situation requires it.

Beast Within is that answer all card for tricky permanents that are giving you a hard time.

The Maybeboard has some higher dollar cards that can take your deck to the next level. Mine is more of a budget build.
