WOULD LIKE SUGGESTIONS FOR MAKING THIS DECK COMPETITIVE

I feel as if this deck can become something really good. I wasn't thinking about making this a competitive deck when I built it last year, but now I want to make it competitive.

Also, Lavinia of the Tenth is the only card I am not willing to take out. Reason being is because whenever I win a game against Mid/High Tier decks in a series, it's always because of Lavinia of the Tenth. Of course I've never won a series against Mid/High Tier decks, but I feel like I'm close to it.

I've been thinking about going Jesekai with this deck.

Anyway, I would really like some ideas if you have any suggestions.
