Fauna Shaman would be great for this deck. Take out Hedron Crab for 4x of.
Also, if you can find a creature with Cascade, it makes it easier to get Vengevine out of the graveyard. Bloodbraid Elf is good, but it doesn't fit your color scheme.
Sideboard is needed and you should include artifact and enchantment for graveyard hate...
