The idea is a budget-ish aggro deck for starting out on MTGO on the cheap whilst still being competitive. If you remove the 4 copies of Inspiring Vantage and 2 Needle Spires you have a 10tix deck that is ready to compete, although they do really help the deck out with fixing its colors early on and they are highly recommended if you can afford them. I have been doing really well with this on MTGO, achieving about a 75% win ratio with most of my games won on T4 or T5. The one card that really causes massive blow-outs is Combat Celebrant, especially if you drop it on T3 with a Bloodlust Inciter on board after smashing for 4 damage on T2 with a hasty Bloodrage Brawler - even if the Combat Celebrant dies in combat, you would have attacked with Bloodrage Brawler 3 times by T3 and not many decks can stand up to that. The T4 kill then usually comes off a T4 exerted Ahn-Crop Crasher and a single copy of Built to Smash.
