This deck is an improvement of the little Waste Not Storm decks. While the others are trying to build up a massive storm count, here the goal is to either: 1. profit from numerous Waste Not triggers 2. Win through discarding your whole deck, and drawing it back with Shadow of the Grave for an Ad Nauseam style Lightning Storm kill.
