For the infinite life you need to target any cleric with Nomads en-Kor's abiity while having a Daru Spiritualist on the battlefield so the cleric you're targeting gets infinite toughness. Then you use Severed Strands and gain infinite life.

For the infinite damage combo you need the aforementioned but instead of using Severed Strands, you use About Face so the cleric gets infinite power and then you use either Gravitic Punch or Soul's Fire and deal infinite damage to a player.

On the sideboard we have Breath Weapon for caw-gates or tokens, Ingot Chewer for affinity, Pestilence andSmash to Dust for familiars or walls and Prismatic Strands for burn
