This is a riff on G/B Constrictor, a standard deck that looks to get value out of Winding Constrictor by combining it with things like Rishkar, Peema Renegade and Verdurous Gearhulk . This is a jankier version that looks to abuse that synergy even further by combining it with Panharmonicon , so we double Rishkar and the Gearhulk's ETB triggers and then we get extra counters with Winding Constrictor off of each trigger.
