8-Rack (semi-budget) (Modern MTG Deck)

Can 8-rack work even without Liliana of the Veil ? Seriously, a playset costs as much as the rest of the deck combined. While this deck wouldn't count as a budget deck, it sure as hell is much cheaper than the Liliana build.

You probably won't win a GP with it, but you most certainly can win at your local FNM. At the very least you will have fun. Your opponent won't though...
