A budget deck I'm currently working on. The idea is to get the upper-hand before the game even starts. Reveal all the Chancellors you get in your opening hand to give you a starting boost, and manna ramp with Llanowar Elves, Elvish Mystic, and Elves of Deep Shadow until you get enough manna to cast one your grave born spells on some of the Chancellors you discarded with your discarding cards.
