Here's my version of a mono black zombies deck. I don't have 4 copies of Metallic Mimic hence why I filled in with Scrapheap Scrounger (zombie in his heart). I really like black&white zombies, gotta admit mono black seems better though.

UPDATE: Thanks for all your feedback. This is the final version I was using the last few weeks until the rotation. Really fun deck, enjoyed playing it.What started as white/black zombies became mono black over the course of HOU standard. More or less kept a positive record. In the end my sideboard decisions often mattered and even won or drew against counter decks. :-)Not too bad for my first standard season, I guess.
