WIP - To Build

Built out of cards in my current collection, being a primary GB player across all formats I play, I realised that I don’t have any decks (except one GW EDH deck) in the other three colours and figured why not see what I have and try to build something for Modern, I looked around on tappedout and various other websites and noticed I have a few pieces towards a Jeskai Saheeli Combo, merely missing a few essentials, such as the land base, snapcasters and more serum visions

Land base needs a lot of work and I know there a few other cards which would have much better options, however I can’t quite think of what right this minute,

Suggestions are 100% welcome and appreciated, as I don’t have much of an idea about building combo or playing these colours after just playing Golgari for the past several years
