This is an Abzan kind-of-tribal-deck focusing on building up your creature base using the outlast mechanic and Abzan Ascendancy to build up +1/+1 counters on your creatures for the buffs. Sorin, Solemn Visitor provides a nice +1 buff and survivability plus token generation if its needed. Warden of the First Tree is a solid finisher as you can re-use his bottom ability every turn making it from an 8/8 into a 13/13 and so on. [Ajani, Mentor of Heroes]] is just the best planeswalker fit for this Abzan deck and really synergizes well with the deck as he provides +1s to 3 creatures which will proc the tribal effects.. All the creatures really just synergize well together. Open to suggestions, and looking for a help to smooth out the land base.
