I like what your doing here. Never thought to use Hellkite Tyrant with Mycosynth Lattice

But I do have a few recommendations for you that might help.I see you have Sensei's Divining Top. You could run Cloud Key + Future Sight + Sensei's Divining Top combo, You can Draw your whole deck, and if you add Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter You can cast you whole deck if you have mana rocks out.

Nice deck. I'm not sure about the Pyromancer's Goggles though, Gilded Lotus seems better almost always. I'd also try out Vedalken Archmage, maybe replacing Mirrorworks or Strionic Resonator. I'd also consider Chaos Warp over Izzet Charm or Fireball. Argivian Restoration is probably better than Trash for Treasure most of the time too. But other than that, everything looks really solid.

P.S. Have you considered Future Sight for the Cloud Key + Future Sight + Sensei's Divining Top combo?
