Rot Away
Instant
Destroy target creature or enchantment.
Liliana's dark energy flowed into the spell binding the facility shut, slowly unweaving it's magical strands until it rotted and decayed like flesh.
MTG has four styles of Werewolves. You have the originals, such as Greater Werewolf and Lesser Werewolf. You have those who transformed based upon spells cast, such as Ulrich of the Krallenhorde Flip and Geier Reach Bandit Flip. You also have the Eldrazi ones who transform for a cost, and remain that side indefinitely, such as Tangleclaw Werewolf Flip and Shrill Howler Flip. Finally, you have the new Daybound / Nightbound style from Crimson Moon, such as Fearful Villager Flip and Shady Traveler Flip.
Your challenge is to make a Jund Arlinn Kord Flip who supports these various types of transformations. She must support all three.
Given she has two sides to work with, it shouldn't be too difficult to accomplish.

My personal favorite thing about going back to Dominaria? It's the home of the original Werewolves (Greater Werewolf, Lesser Werewolf, and Treacherous Werewolf), which means we might -- just maybe -- get some more!

I'm liking Jund, just so we could include all the werewolves ... Greater Werewolf, Lesser Werewolf, and Treacherous Werewolf need a Commander too :-)

My thoughts on some possible Commanders (with Tier "rankings" from this list).
I think I'm leaning towards Surrak Dragonclaw ...
- Arlinn Kord Flip: Obviously not a Legendary, but would be superb (haven't asked yet, but my playgroup doesn't generally support exceptions for Planeswalkers).
- Dragonlord Atarka (Tier 4): Elder Dragon. 'Nuf said.
- Huntmaster of the Fells Flip: Another great non-Legendary option ... and my playgroup would probably allow.
- Mina and Denn, Wildborn (Tier 4): Nice ramp and love the Trample effect.
- Ruric Thar, the Unbowed (Tier 3): Superb Transform enabler.
- Stonebrow, Krosan Hero (Tier 4): Great Werewolf synergy
- Xenagos, God of Revels (Tier 3): Better with bigger creatures, but still great. And I like the night/day cycle in the artwork! :-)
- Surrak Dragonclaw (Tier 3): Superb Werewolf synergy, and enables the full set of Blue effects.
- Gahiji, Honored One (Tier 4): I really like the political aspects of this card, and it enables White removal and protection.
- ??: Unfortunately, none of the Legendaries do much for me here, though it would be fun to run Black simply for the flavor of Lesser Werewolf and Greater Werewolf.
