Added the Lantern Control to a Blue Black Control shell. I liked the interactions of Psychic Surgery and Surgical Extraction and once paired with a single Lantern of Insight I can control their draw step. I decided on doing Smallpox as my board control card because of personal playstyle. An Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver protected by Ensnaring Bridge is strong, she also plays with Lantern of Insight. (I don't run the small mill effects because I don't need to.)
