This pauper deck is based on two mechanics, prowl and madness. Many creatures have evasion (at least flying), so triggering prowl is not that hard. Best card in deck is Looter il-Kor , which helps you with both mechanic.

I tested more madness card, but then it was much looter-centric, so i left only a couple and only that are castable from hand too.

Update: After few iterations I consider this a final state. Deck is good vs aggro decks (thanks to drain life cards), struggle vs board control decks (like boros control) and is better than average vs delver (most important because of meta).
