Sideboard

With Pitiless Plunderer and Bontu's Monument on the field, sac Oathsworn Vampire or Reassembling Skeleton and re-summon endlessly. Gate to the Afterlife (without God-Pharaoh's Gift) allows you to draw into your combinations. Sac creatures to build Defiant Salvager into a game-winner. Bontu's Monument provides both lifegain and lifedrain that can end the game.

There are some interesting possible combinations even without your infinite loops, Eg. with 5 mana and Bontu's Monument, summon Ravenous Chupacabra, sac it with Defiant Salvager and bounce with Supernatural Stamina before sacrificing it a second time then summon Bloodcrazed Paladin as a 5/5. Your opponent loses 2 life, you gain 2 life, you destroy 2 of your opponents creatures, Defiant Salvager gets +2/+2 and you summon a 5/5 creature - seems like good value for mana.

Ruin Rat is an early game chump-blocker that no-one will want to kill, but also allows you to exile a card from your opponent's graveyard.

Updates Add

M19 brings Reassembling Skeleton and more options for infinite loops. I am a bit undecided on whether to play Gate to the Afterlife or Desecrated Tomb mainboard. They both have strengths and weaknesses.
