I'm still tinkering. Something about all the crazy exile play loops feels unique and interesting. Should just trash the deck but... there's something about it.

I feel like Jodah, the Unifier gives a top end threat that it was missing.

One problem with Jodah is that when I'm casting a legend, they're usually mana value 3, and I only have Doc Aurlock, Grizzled Genius to pay off Jodah's trigger. But The Goose Mother is another play at mana value 2 that surprisingly fits in very well with the rest of the deck (especially with Rocco, Street Chef and Aurlock). I always wanted goose mommy to be good somewhere so I'm happy to try it. If you get some food artifacts in play, Loot, the Key to Everything accelerates.

I had to admit that with all the legends I'm kinda committed to a Relic of Legends mana fixer. Once the relic's in play that helps goose mommy too.

With the changes, the threat level of the deck's plays seem to be a good step higher. But the deck is insanely hard to pilot. Sequencing between Jodah's trigger and Kellan's trigger and discover triggers and the Outcaster's card draws and plotting and play from exile and generating foods and on and on. It's harder than combat mathing for real.

There's a good argument for cutting one of the angles. Like cut the adventure stuff, or cut the discover stuff. Or cut the plotting stuff? It's really hard to say.

Looks good. Personally I would make these swaps:

Kefnet the Mindful -> Apprentice Wizard
Teferi, Master of Time -> Vodalian Hexcatcher
Lorthos, the Tidemaker -> Ominous Seas
Stormtide Leviathan -> Atemsis, All-Seeing
Tidal Force -> Dramatic Reversal
Arcanis the Omnipotent -> Universal Automaton
solemn simulacrum -> Unstable Obelisk
burnished hart -> Relic of Legends
steel hellkite -> Martyr of Frost
Master of Winds -> Malevolent Hermit  Flip
cloudkin seer -> Voidmage Prodigy

Rhadamanthus - I did a Gatherer search for "creatures you control have" "add" and ":" (so it would have an activated ability somewhere in the text), and came up with a few options. It is a bit over-inclusive, but with only 17 results, it is pretty easy to parse through the non-responsive options. Link to search.

I expect the card you are thinking of is Cryptolith Rite, which is a pretty darn good card and all around better than Relic of Legends.

(Edit: Looks like my post was preempted and OP found the card already!)

Thank you, Rhadamanthus, for answering my question and explaining it so well.

I will definitely need to find another card to use now since I want to use Mana Reflection for my stuff. I hoped to keep Relic of Legends but since it no longer works for what I want to do in my deck, I'm going to have to replaces it. I now need to find out what works best to replace it lol. Any suggestions?

No, it won't. To "tap something for mana" specifically means to activate a mana ability of that particular thing with in the activation cost. You're tapping the legendary creature to activate Relic of Legends' ability, so that means it doesn't count as "tapping the legendary creature for mana". This is different, for example, from something like Tyvar Kell which actually does give creatures a mana ability of their own, and activating those abilities would count for Mana Reflection.

106.12. To “tap [a permanent] for mana” is to activate a mana ability of that permanent that includes the {T} symbol in its activation cost. See rule 605, “Mana Abilities.”

It's probably a meta call. If you find that you don't need as much protection, it makes sense to take out Linvala or Jirina and add something more proactive like Kaya, Geist Hunter. As for the mana rocks, I definitely want Relic of Legends over Chromatic Lantern. I have found in my playtesting that I normally have ways to get all 5 colors, and that will only improve with the two enchant lands we just added, so I don't think the Lantern's effect is necessary. And the Relic can get just silly. If you have at least 4 creatures in play, it will also generate all 5 colors of mana while leaving all your lands available. Plus it taps your legendary creatures (they don't tap themselves) so it gets around summoning sickness. Any creature you cast or tutor for can instantly be tapped for mana that same turn. If you play a 2-drop legendary on turn 2, then this instantly creates two mana on turn 3. On turn 4 we are guaranteed to be able to play Buttercup and get Jegantha into our hand as long as we hit each land drop (or we can even miss a land drop if we play a legendary on turn 2). If you want the Lantern, I would probably cut almost any other ramp source before I cut Relic of Legends.

Remember, if you really need to block you don't need to tap your creatures for mana. And it still taps for one mana of any color in that situation, which puts it on par with the Lantern.

Of course, that's just my opinion. There will inevitably be some games where I wish I had the Chromatic Lantern's effect, but again, if I really wanted to make room for it I would probably cut Utopia Sprawl or Nature's Lore or even Arcane Signet before I cut the Relic because of how crazy the upside is in this deck.

My cut would be Linvala, Shield of Sea Gate . I did do one change already and that is i took out Relic of Legends for Chromatic Lantern . I rather not have a tapped creature especially if i need blockers.
