The deck has a very obvious theme: making your opponent make very, very tough decisions. For the most part, regardless of their choice it's worthwhile. Expect them to take the damage from your turn one Vexing Devil and your turn three Browbeat ... This just means later they won't be able to pay for some of the other costs. If you're really lucky, your opening hand might even have 2x Dark Ritual and a Tyrannize ...

This is an extremely fun mechanic, but is a little too slow for most formats. I feel like it's performance would be best in a group game, but only if you target someone really hard. If you spread the love (or plague) then you'll be out quickly.
