Lower opponents health without having to attack
Siege Rhino: Tough creature with trample, possible game winner. Deals damage to opponent and gains me life ETB. Use Cloudshift on it to trigger the ETB ability again.
Sorin, Lord of Innistrad: Make a cheap blocker, make my creatures stronger or take other players permanents.
Cloudshift: Use it to make my creatures disappear 1) if being targeted so there's nothing to target; 2) make a creature exit and re-enter the battlefield to trigger it's ETB ability again. Can save my creatures and/or make my opponent lose life.
Go for the Throat: Kill off threats at instant speed. Opponent plays creature I don't like, kill it.
Zombify: Allows me to bring my creatures back if they manage to get killed. Good for targets such as Siege Rhino, Geralf's Messenger, Sunblast Angel.. Anything that has an ETB ability.
Geralf's Messenger: With Cloudshift in the deck, this guy can cause a lot of damage if he's not dealt with. Hits opponent for two life on entry. When undying triggers, it hits opponent for another two life. Cloudshift it to clear the undying counter off of it, hitting opponent for another 2 and allowing undying to be used again to hit them for another two.
Sunblast Angel: Kill all the tapped creatures. Using Cloudshift on her after opponent has more creatures tapped could be a game changer. Wipe their battlefield of threats.
Vampire Nighthawk: Flying. Deathtouch. Life gain. Pretty straight forward. Good to kill off creatures if opponent blocks, helps me gain life and gives me something to use against flying threats.
Oblivion Ring: Able to nullify any threat on the field.
Obzedat, Ghost Council: Life drain each turn. Strong creature if I absolutely need it to block or attack.
Arbor Elf: Use shock lands without hurting myself. Can allow some cards to get out a turn earlier than they should.
Farseek: Search for lands that I need sooner.
