Standard 22 - Rotation proof deck

Play cheap creature, then play a bunch of spells to trigger Magecraft and hopefully get win quickly.

Main Board

• Charge Through: Cantrip and solves the evasion issue this deck has.
• Clever Lumimancer, Dragonsguard Elite, Leonin Lightscribe, Clarion Spirit: Magecraft core of the deck, don't keep a hand without one of these. Clarion Spirit can easily go wide with evasive creatures. Watch your sequencing.
• Guiding Voice: Cheap pump, rummage or learn - See Lesson Package
• Mavinda, Students' Advocate: Recur most spells from the graveyard in case you run dry.
• Show of Confidence: Effectively doubles your magecraft triggers.
• Wild Shape: A very versatile spell that can be protection (Hexproof), evasion (Trample), or defensive(Reach) and the base P/T adjustment.
• Homestead Courage: Simple pump card with flashback, it's basically a cantrip.
• Snakeskin Veil: More protection at instant speed.
• Sejiri Shelter  : Protection plus it's a MDFC Land!

Sideboard

These aren't answering specific in local meta, just "in case" cards.

• Fateful Absence: Good non-conditional removal for creatures and planeswalkers.
• Elite Spellbinder: Disrupt tempo/control.
• Return to Nature: Artifact, enchantment, and graveyard removal.
• Inscription of Abundance: Cheap, fast, and versatile.
• Sunset Revelry: For times you are playing against heavy removal or being outpaced.

Lesson Package Guiding Voice gives you a cheap way to access several situational spells:

• Academic Probation: Combo/Aggro Hate.
• Containment Breach: Removal for problem artifact/enchantments.
• Environmental Sciences: Get a land when you really need it.
• Reduce to Memory: Remove anything for the low cost of an eleph.. 3/2 Spirit.
