Slightly off topic, but holy cow, that's criminal!

I love Feather! Let me help you with that win rate, yeah?

Firstly, lands. You have too many. Take out the Boros Garrisons. All your cards are a low CMC and you don't really need that many. Other than that, I'd swap out either some copies of Temple of Triumph or Clifftop Retreat, but probably the temple for Sejiri Shelter  Flip.

Secondly, you gotta keep your creatures safe. 4x Loran's Escape, 4x Gods Willing, and with the four Shelters, you should be just fine. Angelic Intervention is also a good choice, if you'd prefer something else.

Third, what are you targeting? For some suggestions, I like Dreadhorde Arcanist and Illuminator Virtuoso a lot. Tenth District Legionnaire is also very, very good here. Leonin Lightscribe and Clever Lumimancer are good, too. Harmonic Prodigy is really strong, depending on the other creatures you add, too. Of course adding Feather is a musy, too. If I were you, I'd probably pick like 12 non-Feather creatures to add in here.

Fourth, Removal. Mishra's Command is great here, otherwise I'd bump Boros Charm to 3 copies. Maybe throw 3x Wear / Tear in your sideboard or something. Options are great and all of these give options.

Fifth, buffs!! There's a whole lot of ways to buff your creatures, but here's what you want to do. Make about half of them cards like Coming In Hot, giving a buff + some sort of card advantage. Then, make half of them Brute Strength to make sure your creature has trample, or some other sort of evasion.

Sixth and finally, card advantage. White is bad with that. Red is bad with that. That's why your buffs really oughtta have card advantage with them. Ancestral Anger is a good one, for the record.

Okay, good luck and have fun!

Max_Hammer exactly, thats the point. im not sure what youre budget looks like but honestly, if youre looking for something a little more competitive you may want to look at boros prowess decks they are bit more competitive, faster, and a bit stronger than what youve built. you get to keep Kiln Fiend and Clever Lumimancer but youll also get Monastery Swiftspear and Soul-Scar Mage. maybe worth looking into.

love the deck my bro runs a Jeskai list splashing for Boros Charm and Clever Lumimancer.

other tech he used that help him out is Expedite and Gut Shot. overall the list is great and i love these low to the ground prowess decks! +1

I like the idea; I'd cut Banefire, Simic Ascendancy, Fists of Flame, Warlord's Fury, and maybe some of the cantrips - you definitely need more creatures to ensure having 1, or preferably 2 in the early game (probably 12ish), and probably want an absolute minimum of 16 lands (or more likely, 18, especially if you use some Canopy lands). I also think Strike it Rich is pretty medium, though probably worth it if you stick with 3 colors.

Some options to consider: Lava Dart, maybe Mutagenic Growth (though it isn't red), and the usual suspects of prowess creatures; cutting blue could let you play white for Clever Lumimancer, though keeping blue for Sprite Dragon would let you stay on-theme with Hardened Scales and counters. Honestly, Dragon is absolutely perfect for this deck.

I think 2 or 3 of any given mana sink will be sufficient, since your main plan will probably be to win via combat damage (and not the mana from Steam Kin), which could be something like Hexdrinker or Fury. Maybe even Pact of the Titan if you want to go all-in; exile it if you're in on Nivmagus, or let it resolve if you have mana from Steam-kin.

Cheers!

DadHumanPraetor - I'm not sure you'd easily be able to go infinite unless you went with something like Dualcaster Mage becasue Double Vision only copies the first spell you cast once, but if you're going to go the Chandra's Ignition route then I would run Clever Lumimancer because it gets more power per spell/copy. Thanks for the comment!

carlmoores - I think it's a fine card that will definitely draw you a fair amount of cards in EDH, especially if you get this turn one. If you've got ways to put counters on it that's even better, so I think it's completely passable. I definitely think it's a powerful card for non blue decks in the format. Thanks for the comment!

When I read "azorius aggro - pioneer" the first thing that came to mind was a Clever Lumimancer blitz deck. Maybe that isn't the direction you want to go here though.
