Sword of Feast and Famine would be awesome against Abzan. Protects your guys from Abrupt Decay as well as all their creatures and any removal except Path to Exile which I've seen very few lists play any and if so, usually as a 1-2 of in sideboard. Also lets you cast stuff, then get your mana back for countering on their turn, and the discard is just the icing on the cake. Maybe try -2 Vapor Snag +2 Detention Sphere? Gets rid of planeswalkers, multiples of creatures, etc, and hard to get rid of for most decks and Vapor Snagging Siege Rhino is a big no-no lol. I'd swap the Seachrome Coast for a Plains and add two Celestial Purge to the sideboard, because Blood Moon and Magus of the Moon seem like they would GG this deck, and they're great against Splinter Twin which regularly boards in Blood Moon so that's a win-win. I'd also try swapping Treetop Village for Stirring Wildwood. Being a 3/4 means it passes the Lightning Bolt test and with reach it can block and survive against Insectile Aberration  ^Flip, Restoration Angel, Vendilion Clique, along with most other flyers and the average ground creature. The benefits seem to outweigh the extra one for activation cost. Mirran Crusader is amazing against both Abzan and Collected Company/Podless Pod decks, not to mention the double trigger on swords is stupidly OP. Draw 2 cards deal 4 damage with Fire and Ice. Gain 2X health with War and Peace while opponenet loses 2x health.
