Big Update —April 16, 2016
Removed: Master of Waves, Riptide Laboratory, Snow-Covered Island, Into the Roil, and Foil.
Added: Jace, the Mind Sculptor, Brainstorm, Ponder, Preordain, and Arcane Denial.
I recently showed my decklist to my friend Brian Weissman, and he offered me some great suggestions. The best suggestions he offered to me that I decided to accept were to include the trio of Brainstorm, Ponder, Preordain, as well as a Jace, the Mind Sculptor. He also suggested I lower my land count to about 35.
The cantrips offer more consistency, improve starting hands, and dig for the combo. Jace, the Mind Sculptor replaced Master of Waves as an additional win condition. Jace, the Mind Sculptor can also disrupt the opponent and he draws better than Master of Waves
was able to. All in all, these changes further reduce the deck's reliance on Azami, Lady of Scrolls.
I put in Arcane Denial over Foil because Foil has been inconsistent about being cast for free, and the four converted mana cost was too high. Arcane Denial is cheap, only has one necessary U in the cost, can cantrip, or if I do not want my opponent to draw, I could use Arcane Denial on the combo turn. The opponent will never get the chance to draw the cards.
Riptide Laboratory was just extravagance most games as well as not tapping for blue mana. I was able to cut one Snow-Covered Island thanks to the new cantrips. Into the Roil was never a dead card but never fantastic. I cut it in favor of one of the cheap cantrips. Additionally, Jace, the Mind Sculptor can bounce too as a replacement for Into the Roil.

NotSquishedYet: Arcanis the Omnipotent is certainly powerful. However, Arcanis is just too slow and expensive (the mana cost) for this deck.
My only true six mana cost card is Mind Over Matter which wins the game. (Ethereal Usher is always a three cost tutor.) My seven cost is Karn Liberated who can win me the game too and always provides good utility. Arcanis just draws me more cards, and I cannot even get the three cards at first because he does not have haste.
But thank you for the suggestion. Have a great day. :)

not going to lie, this deck looks pretty fun to play. from the play tests I like how low the curve is and the whole thing seems to flow pretty well. if I were even to make a recommendation I would think that Talrand, Sky Summoner would be a fun possible addition. Good job +1

0verlord: Thank you for the kind words. Indeed, this deck is a blast to play. Although, facing this efficient deck is not too fun the opposition at times, but I have multiple decks so it is fine haha.
I gave A LOT of thought about Talrand, Sky Summoner for this deck as well. Originally, he was excluded, because I had far fewer instants and sorceries in the deck. However, even with the added mass of instants and sorceries, I do not believe that Talrand, Sky Summoner does enough in this deck to earn a slot. I rarely need to win with combat damage nor do I often need to block. While the flyers are nice, it is only my last life point that matters. If you look at all of my four and five drop wizards, you would see that each of them does something critical for the deck.
Azami, Lady of Scrolls and Magus of the Future provide ridiculous card advantage that will effectively win me the game. Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir prevents the opponents from stopping my combo, makes my opponents easier to control, gives my wizards flash, and is my biggest wizard which I find funny. Additionally, Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir is a bomb in the control match-up which is this deck's weaker match-up. Glen Elendra Archmage, Surgespanner, Sower of Temptation, and Venser, Shaper Savant all provide valuable disruption in addition to their wizard card-drawing bodies. Lastly, Phyrexian Metamorph is very versatile and has always been relevant in my experience, while Master of Waves is my back up win condition. Master of Waves is basically my faster version of Talrand, Sky Summoner and he will always produce at least one token without any help which is something I cannot say about Talrand, Sky Summoner. The easier to play mana cost of Master of Waves helps as well because this deck is extremely hungry for blue mana.
I really appreciate your quality suggestion. I hope that you enjoy playing the deck if you choose to construct it yourself. Have a great day, and thank you for +1! :)
