Cut:
- Lodestone Bauble - Paying the mana makes it less efficient. Also, the effect is basically useless.
- Ulvenwald Hydra - You have almost no value lands to get. Crop Rotation works better in this slot, even if you cannot recast it.

I like the land tuors because they fetch: a fetch, strip mine and command beacon (makes my commander always cost 6). I think i will probably try crop rotation 1st and add a couple more utility lands when i get the chance.

Lodestone bauble is a infinite mana outlet w/ palincron combos (casting muldrotha infinite times gives infinite artifact casts from graveyard).

I think I like traverse the ulvenwald as a land tutor (along with demonic and vamiric tutor)

Why don't you like khalini heart expedition? It works pretty well with fetches...

Because you need three land drops. It is not as recastable as the rest of the enchantments, many of which already have ways of putting themselves back in your graveyard and that you would rather recast. I can see the appeal of it though. Being that you can passively ramp when making your land drops.
Besides Deadeye, you have no ways or recurring your commander with your Lodestone kill. Is it still worthwhile?

The lodestone kill also works with phantasmal image as well. You make infinte mana w/ palinchron. Then you cast it as a copy of your general killing it. Then you cast your general killing the clone. Then you cast the clone from the yard killing the commander. This method nets one cast of each noncreature permanent in the yard each cycle. I think lodestone is better replaced by another permenant that cantrips right away (letting me draw my deck).

First of all... Sidisi, Undead Vizier?!?!?!?!?
You also have very little mill and no sac outlets, though with all the card draw you probably don't need mill, I think having like an Ashnod's Altar would do you well even if most of your creatures kill themselves.
Also, your only way to recur instant and sorcerers is Eternal Witness, so maybe putting in like Archaeomancer? Those are pretty much the only cards you want back in your hand, after all.
Personally, I'm not a huge fan of the draw artifacts. You have 5, and they just give you a single extra card per turn while your commander is out- who you do not even have protection for. Especially get rid of the Aether Spellbomb. Costs you 3 mana for that extra card.
Speaking of protection- boots???? This deck really depends on your commander and it's an expensive one. All these cool interaction are useless when your dude is dead. Your commander is such value it'll be a high priority target, so you either need to be able to protect it, or get your mama's worth the turn it comes down. Automatically, it gets you a land drop and a card based on this list, but if you don't want to wait till you have like 14 mana to play your commander and get value from it, you need a way to protect it.
Also, Skullclamp??? You have a trinket mage and a wholeeee lotta of boys you hope die, so no excuse. None. There's also that enchantment that draws you a card when you cast a spell from grave, I forget what it is called. Mindslicer hits your opponents hard and basically acts as protection for your commander with a sac outlet. Artifact ramp like Mind Stone is recoverable. Stop pesky boardwipe tribal decks with Hope of Ghirapur. Run more artifact creatures in general, because you have the option of returning them either as a creature or an artifact. Noxious Gearhulk and Ravenous Chupacabra in the same turn from the grave? Tasty.
Siren Stormtamer protects your shit, Song of the Dryads repeatable and recurrable, Ipnu Rivulet is your new favorite land, Shefet Monitor never leaves your hand. Consider Mirror-Mad Phantasm and Forgotten Creation, wheels fill your grave like little else. Buried Alive!!!! You have a whole bunch of non-basics, so where's your Expedition Map?
Anyways, that's just a few suggestions, but I think one card that you absolutely must include, above all else, and I can't believe it isn't in here already.... is Storm Crow

We are first going to cut down to 100 then address the glaring issues (at least that is how I have been approaching it)

My Philosophy for commander: I include very little protection for my commanders in my edh decks (I think i run greaves in only Jaya [for the haste] and parralax wave in Zacama which doubles as removal). The main method for this deck to keep casting its commander is command beacon (sac beacon, cast commander, play beacon for the turn). I don't really feel like I need all that much protection or self-mill because all of my cards are solid even without my general on the board (w/ the exception of river kelpie which works with reanimation and infernal darkness). I'm trying to build this deck to get more immediate benefit from the commander (low curve, free artifacts that draw, land drops, ramp). If i can cast the commander at 9 mana with a sakura tribe elder, mishra's bauble and fetchland in the yard I can just repeat the same thing again the next turn (and net something like sinister concoction or exploration). I think rather than protection I would rather run more tutors (for command beacon and other threats). This deck does need some serious work though.

If you're relying on command beacon, then you reallllly need to add Expedition Map

ooh, tolaria west is sweet! Transmute then play as land drop from the yard.

Most of this deck is great! I'm not a fan of the Echo cards, nor the flash creatures. Muldrotha only works during your turns, so the recursion is not useful for things like Silumgar Sorcerer.
I have a bunch of these cards, so you will be able to assemble it very quickly.
