• Radical Idea is here for extra mill triggers and card draw.
• Unsummon is used here to bounce our own creatures to re-mill (ideally Merfolk Secretkeeper ) or bounce a nasty threat.
• Run Away Together is here to help bounce our creatures to re-mill and to bounce their creature to slow OP down.
• Callous Dismissal is here as an extra bounce spell and blocker.
• Chemister's Insight here for extra card draw.

• Into the Story is here again for extra card draw

• Drowned Secrets is here to help mill extra cards with our all blue deck.

• Mirrormade is here to copy our Drowned Secrets for extra shenanigans.
• Ashiok, Dream Render is here to help mill a bit and to get help against reanimator decks.

Creatures:

• Merfolk Secretkeeper is best mill creature in standard; mills 4, double triggers Drowned Secrets and with a 0/4 body can help block lots of early threats.
• Overwhelmed Apprentice is here as a 1/2 body that also mills 2 and helps us scry 2 to set up our draws.
