Madcap Works (Standard MTG Deck)

So I'm trying to build a Madcap Experiment deck in standard. The main idea is to use Consulate Surveillance as a way to negate the dmg from Madcap, therefore getting free big artifacts! Any and all opinions are welcome for the deck, I'm just trying to brew in this hardcore standard environment with turn 4-5 wins. Keep in mind that this deck is bloated beyond belief in the mainboard. I'm really just throwing ideas out there and seeing what might be worth sticking. Also the land counts are based off of what I have available.

Really paired down the deck to where it can be manageable. Hope it looks a little cleaner. Still taking suggestions on the deck, I really want to brew this up and make it good.
