It's just a budget Myr tribal deck, with a focus on being completely colorless. Only Myr creatures, a couple of methods of generating plenty of mana, and several artifacts that buff the Myrs or use charge counters.

If your table allows for infinites, replace your least favorite 4 cards with the 4 Myr Galvanizers on the sideboard so you can generate infinite colorless mana and/or charge counters. If you want to reduce the price below $100 from the time I made the deck, replace the 2 All Is Dust or Ugin card(s) with another two cards from the sideboard (you can pick your own, of course).
