Changes have been made!
OUT: Chance for Glory. This card looks really good when you read it. Problem with this card is it's only good when an extra turn will win you the game. All that other text is irrelevant.
OUT: Kusari-Gama. 3 to cast 3 to equip was just too much mana plus does not add to devotion.
OUT: Spear of Heliod. Kinda of a weak card.
OUT: Plains. Cut this for a better land
OUT: Mountain. Also cut for a better land
IN: Land Tax. I really should have added this card a long time ago.
IN: Helm of the Host. Combos with Combat Celebrant and Aurelia, the Warleader for infinite combats. Also strong on other cards like Combustible Gearhulk, Balefire Liege, Firemane Avenger, Cyclops Gladiator, Gisela, Blade of Goldnight, and Scourge of the Throne.
IN: Haktos the Unscarred. Hits like a truck, has protection to most all cmc has 4 pips of devotion.

Yea you are right. But it's worth mentioning. Also useful in a situation where they might have Asceticism or Golgari Charm so regenerating them may not work as well. Undying and persist this is useful against that too

So I don't really get how Kusari-Gama will trigger twice. If two creatures, block, it's the same as one creature blocking, since you have to split combat damage up for multiple blockers. Whereas a single blocker all the damage would be dealt to the one creature
