Haktos the Unscarred
Legendary Creature — Human Warrior
Haktos the Unscarred attacks each combat if able.
As Haktos enters the battlefield, choose 2, 3, or 4 at random.
Haktos has protection from each converted mana cost other than the chosen number. ((Remember the acronym debt.) This creature can't be damaged, enchanted, equipped, blocked or targeted by anything except things with the converted mana cost of the chosen number. Anything except things with the converted mana cost of the chosen number attached to this creature immediately falls off.)

Haktos the Unscarred Discussion

Flame Blitz: Whew. I know red had issues dealing with Planeswalkers but that's rough. I'd prefer Carnival -style cards (including permanents) that deal some damage to enemy planeswalkers and some to their controllers.
Damn: Good, but makes regenerate even worse as board wipe resilience in EDH

This scryfall search should give you some useful results. 159 cards aren't unreasonable to go through. You could also try looking EDHrec for options from Haktos the Unscarred that aren't colour specific.

I don't think there's many scenarios, if any, where you'll be happy to play a 2/1 for 2 to eventually get a 2/1 for 3 if you attack. You should remove all 4 Fearless Liberator and instead add 4 Kargan Intimidator . It's easy to miss, but he can target your own humans (or himself) to make them "cowards" (and no longer human) to trigger Winota, Joiner of Forces .
Usually decks that run Winota, Joiner of Forces don't play planeswalker because more often than not you'll see them when you miss with Winota, Joiner of Forces 's trigger and then they'll spend the rest of the game under the library. Your high cost cards should normally be cards that she can cheat into play. Either way, Lukka, Coppercoat Outcast won't achieve much either because you have a wide variety of different CMC creatures to hit with him, he's normally played in decks with only giant creatures and token generators so he always hits good.
I wish I knew how to make good use of Victory's Envoy because she seems fun, but in reality she's a 3/3 that does nothing when she comes into play. If you're going off with Winota, Joiner of Forces hey ability probably won't even come into play, and even if it does, chances are you still would've been better off with any other big hitter instead. You would surely do much better if you just added a 2nd copy of your big legendary dudes like Kenrith, the Returned King and Haktos the Unscarred .
Btw, I'm not sure if you know but Taranika, Akroan Veteran will not trigger if she's put into play by Winota, Joiner of Forces because then she's already attacking, so she's not a great hit either. She would shine more in a deck that plays small stuff with keywords like Healer's Hawk or even Alseid of Life's Bounty .

I have a voltron deck myself and i absolutly agree, it is very tough to play indeed. I would suggest removing Odric, Lunarch Marshal since its main purpose is to buff other creatures but in reality you will only have one creature to attack with, then i would remove Haktos the Unscarred because you wont be able to equip it thanks to its protection, if i have to choose a third card i would pick Scuttlemutt because yes it is an artifact but a 3 mana ramp on a creature is really really bad as it will be removed on the first board clear and you don't have enough card draw to compensate.

Before worrying about sideboarding, I'd focus on getting the main down to 60 cards. The closer you are to the minimum deck size, the more likely it is you'll draw the best cards in your deck. In this case, it looks like you want to build a party deck with Haktos the Unscarred as one of the bombs. The first thing I'd do is identify which cards are actively working towards that end or are particularly efficient. If something doesn't fit those descriptions, cut it. If it does, try to acquire multiple copies of it. For example, Gore Swine isn't doing anything here that a party member couldn't do better, so I'd remove it. Compare that to Expedition Champion who has more stats for the same cost and actively synergizes with the warrior theme, so having 4 of him wouldn't be bad. You can apply that logic to the entire deck. Practiced Tacticsis better than Sandblast. Suspension Field is more cost effective than Skybind. And so on.
After thinning the deck to its strongest options, then I'd focus on upgrades. Seek out other decks with similar goals and see what they're running. You can then endeavor to purchase the best cards you see in such examples, budget permitting. I don't know much about Boros party, but a quick search revealed Archpriest of Iona, Grotag Bug-Catcher, Stonework Packbeast, Squad Commander, Journey to Oblivion, Kargan Intimidator, Luminarch Aspirant, Relic Axe, Goma Fada Vanguard, Robber of the Rich, Tazri, Beacon of Unity, Fissure Wizard, and Seasoned Hallowblade, and that's only looking at standard. Modern brings even more options, particularly for Boros warriors. Arashin Foremost, Boros Reckoner, Mardu Woe-Reaper, Alesha, Who Smiles at Death, Obsidian Battle-Axe, Grim Lavamancer, Jeering Instigator, Fire-Belly Changeling, Grand Abolisher, Mirror Entity, Bygone Bishop, and Selfless Spirit all come to mind.

Hey man! I’m new to Magic, and your deck has really caught my attention. I’m definitely going to make a version of it that I can afford.
Keep updating this! I will be following along. It’s people like you that make this game easier to get into.

I really like Akiri and your build of her. Couple suggestions:
Haktos the Unscarred is a bit of a nonbo as protection means you can't equip him unless the cmc is allowed.
I didn't see Fervent Champion in your list and he is honestly the best creature possible for this deck.

Welcome to the format!! For your first commander deck I would say this is decent. A couple things to keep in mind when building a deck are things like synergy, themes, budget, and the overall focus of your deck. I couldn't really tell what you were building around (which could just be me being blind). However some neat cards to add would be Silverblade Paladin this would allow you to have double strike when paired with Haktos the Unscarred. So building around making Haktos a pain to deal with and a creature that deals a lot of damage. Also adding cards that help your board state like Knight of the White Orchid to help keep your lands up with the rest of your group. Either way keep exploring neat interactions and good luck!
