I pulled an old border Dreadhorde Arcanist in TSR, and that's a card I have in Arena so I wanted to make a Historic deck around it. I had kept hearing all the folks talkin about Thoughtseize and it struck me that these two cards work wonderfully together. Sea Gate Stormcaller makes for a nice turn 3 3x Thoughtseize. It's fun to kick Bloodchief's Thirst if you get the chance, but the idea is to be done by turn 5 or 6.
