I have started with intro pack Grave Power.Now want to make it stronger and more competitive.Please share your sugestions or comments to newbie in MTG.

My thoughts about this deck:1. It has to be quick, need to find a way to put as much as possible cards to graveyard. (wow it was briliant ;))

  1. As a lot of cards will be placed on garaveyard, flash back is desired ability.

  2. this deck is gona produce big creatures it woluld be perfect for them to have trample or unblocable ability.

  3. Protection against exiling cards from graveyard should be taken into account.

  4. it has to be cheap

After some test games i decided to throw away Deranged Assistant and insted put again to the deck Screeching Skaab

Why?

The same mana cost, but with Deranged Assistant it takes 3 turns to put 2 creatures into graveyard. Yes it still give one mana but in this deck Llanowar Elves as mana gainers are enought. Screeching Skaab makes my creatures grow faster.

Second change in deck. I decided tu put Dungeon Geists great control card, 3/3 flying with control for as low as 4 mana. I found it in booster :) and thinking about buying one more Dungeon Geists but so far it's too expensive.
