The strategy for this deck is as follows:
Don't use your basic lands for mana--use them to make borderposts. You won't want to be leaving them on the board. The 'posts are mana fixing and a fantastic alternative to dual lands. I'd reccomend trying to drop a Gargadon turn 1 if you can.
Drop a spell with cascade (Preferably Violent Outburst or a Bloodbraid Elf) as soon as you possibly can. Notice how the spells with cascade (not counting your Elf) are the cheapest in the deck, save for your set of Restore Balance. When you cast it, you wont have any lands on the field (because they've either been sacrificed to a suspended Gorgadon or bounced to your hand from a borderpost), leaving your opponent having to sacrifice all but 0 lands. Unfortunately, it doesn't blow up artifacts. However, it will most likely kill all of, or all but one of their creatures, assuming you used a Bloodbraid Elf to cascade. Your Elf is a formidably sized creature, so it can probably hold off what they've got on turn 4.
Play manabarbs for your turn 4 or 5. Why? To damage the defending player as they struggle to rebuild their now weak land base.
With the board wiped of your opponents lands and creatures, you have several options to go for the win.
Greater Gorgadon- Um, yeah. He's a big 'un. If you're confident the board allows you to be without mana, sac Borderposts. If you end up sinking away a BP or two, you can get 'em back with Reminisce or the next win con
Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas- Obviously, this guy is the condition if you don't have time to Sac away at a pending Gargadon. His first ability gets you more Borderposts. His last ability wins, a lot. His middle ability should really only be used if you're desperate for a blocker.
Not really a win con, but we've got one card left to explain-though it shouldn't really need an explanation.
Ajani Vengeant- His first ability keeps artifacts and cretures in check. His second ability might buy you a second turn, but that last ability kinda serves as a #2 Restore Balance--just in case.
I've only tried in in FNM, but it's a fun and cheap deck that I've heard can actually be somewhat of a monster competetively--have fun!
