This is a deck built around Enduring Scalelord, backed by playsets of creatures with outlast. The main idea is to get two Enduring Scalelords out with an Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit on the board. Or to have outlast creatures on the board to build up +1/+1 counters and proc the combo.

Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit + Enduring Scalelord + Enduring Scalelord = Infinite Combos

Abzan Battle Priest + Enduring Scalelord + Enduring Scalelord = Infinite Combos

The other thing to bear in mind is that each outlast creature gives other creatures with +1/+1 counters a bonus. So the deck doesn't rely exclusively on the scalelord combo. Having 3 distinct Outlast creatures out plus Anafenza and all with counters can be fatal. I have also included the spells Dromoka's Command and Valorous Stance in order to protect my creatures and the combo if it should play out.
