I've been changing and adding cards for a while, so I decided to update the decklist. Since I mostly play with one or two people, I removed a couple Sunlances, since they both use white creatures in their decks, making it essentially useless. After facing a Mardu Warriors deck that I often have trouble beating, I changed a couple cards to help counter it, such as Elspeth, Knight-Errant and Elspeth Tiriel. I've also had trouble with mill decks, but so far I haven't found anything to reliably beat it.
