A Pioneer deck with synergies mainly based on exile.

Specter's Shriek is the card I began to build this deck with. I think it is an underrated card. And Eternal Scourge can compensate its drawback.

Other nice discard spells like Thought-Knot Seer and Brain Maggot are great to disrupt opponent's archetype.

Wasteland Strangler and Blight Herder can make value out of exiled cards.

I always like main decking anti graveyard cards like Rest in Peace. It is often useful because there are many graveyard friendly decks out there in Pioneer. And it is also part of the exile synergies.
