Dimir Flash (August Arena Open)

Historic Competitive Counters Tempo UB (Dimir)

Feauv

Sideboard

Back before rotation, Mono-Blue Tempo was one of my favorite decks in Standard and as I prepared for this August 1st-2nd MTG Arena Open in the Historic format, I wanted to create a versatile tempo/flash deck. Originally I thought Mono-B but Dimir gave me a wider variety of options to deal with threats, and also Slitherwisp.

Arena Open Day 1, August 1st (7-1): Only games where I struggled was against Bant Ramp and Rakdos Sacrifice. Bant Ramp was not a hard matchup, they just almost turned the corner with Teferi, Time Raveler. Rakdos Sacrifice was by far my hardest matchup and my only loss, mainly because of how fast that deck is. I will look into some sideboard changes for Day 2 to make sure I have some answers to it.
