I decided to have grim captain to be the last build around for my trio of Lost Caverns of Ixalan decks, which is a reanimator/ mill sort of deck.

Vampire

Bloodtithe Harvester: Removal, and is pretty nice combo with back side of Fable

Ghalta and Mavren: Best reanimation target for the captain and is also a dino

Merfolk

Merfolk Secretkeeper and Mire Triton: Both great millers and blockers

Pirate

Malcolm, Alluring Scoundrel: Great discard outlet and might be able to cheat out threats if hes left unattended

Spyglass Siren: Can help search/mill for captain and can buff creatures

Dino

Trumpeting Carnosaur: Removal and another great reanimation target

Orvar, the All-Form?: Other than being every creature type Orvar doesn't do much unless your going up agaisnt mono black/ Rakdos and they pull out a Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger
