would like suggestions on how to make this deck run better or just be better overall while still being modern legal

the sideboard is not the actual sideboard just cards that could possibly be in the sideboard or the main deck.

I built this deck to be fast but also have the most useful spells and creatures in it and built it to mainly be about burning your opponent out as quickly as possible while also being able to take out creatures that are a threat

also a way to make this deck on a budget is to take out the Vexing Devil and the main deck not including sideboard should be under 30 dollars
