5/16/16 - Quickling is a powerhouse, plain and simple. Since many of the creatures have etb effects and flash, it acts like a Snapcaster Mage. I think it deserves to see modern play in a faerie deck and in UW Titans.

I'd like to make this list in paper, but non-budget. I will replace Faerie Miscreant with Bitterblossom for value and upgrade the land base. Oona's Blackguard is not nearly as good as I thought below, and the deck could be much better served by a faerie with flash and an etb effect, such as Vendilion Clique.

11/30/15 - Budget UB Faeries for modern MTGO

Oona's Blackguard is enough of a threat that splashing black works. Quickling has incredible value, saving creatures, bouncing Spellstutter Sprite, bouncing Mistbind Clique, being a surprise 3/3 blocker with either Oona's Blackguard or Scion of Oona. It's fun to play and has been doing well on the "Just for Fun" queues.
