This is a budget 8 Rack mono-black control deck. Upgrades (to Tom Ross's top 8 SCG Modern Open deck) is replace Necrogen Mists with Liliana of the Veil, and Duress with Thoughtseize.

For the sideboard, instead of running Death's Shadow (for budget), you can run Nyxathid, and instead of running Leyline of the Void you can run an additional Relic of Progenitus (one, since dredge isn't a deck anymore), Disfigure, Bile Blight , and Flaying Tendrils. Give me suggestions for more budget sideboard options. I REALLY NEED THEM

If you don't want to pay for Mutavaults and Urborgs, add in 5 swamps and add in 3 pack rats. P.S you need to have Urborg if you have Mutavault.
