Welcome! This is an Izzet Phoenix deck I've been trying to build.

Usually, in a deck like this you want to put Arclight Phoenix in your graveyard so you can bring it back to battlefield with it's ability. Cards like Consider, Faithless Looting and Dragon's Rage Channeler help you achieve that.

There is also Sprite Dragon, which benefits of instants and sorceries being cast while you also bring back Arclight Phoenix. Crackling Drake benefits from exiled instants and sorceries and in your graveyard.
